Golf Ball Patent War Over

Those Titleist users who have been losing sleep over fears that they may have been playing balls that infringe Callaway’s patents can now rest easier. Acushnet and Callaway have issued a joint statement indicating that they have resolved their differences, with the companies having rights to each other’s patents.  No other settlement details (e.g., whether and how much money was paid) have been released.
